This Privacy Policy applies to Roachdown ("the App"), a virtual reality game published by SerenadeVR ("we", "us") for Meta Quest devices.
1. Data We Collect
Roachdown does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
The App runs entirely offline on your Meta Quest headset. It does not include analytics SDKs, telemetry, advertising networks, account systems, leaderboards, or any other mechanism that would gather information about you or your device.
The App does not request any Android runtime permissions, internet access, microphone, camera, location, or storage beyond what the Meta Quest operating system uses to launch and render VR applications.
2. How Any Data Would Be Used
Because the App collects no data, there is no data we use, share, sell, or store for any purpose. Game progress (such as your current score during a play session) is held only in your headset's memory while the App is running and is discarded when you close the App.
3. Third Parties
The App does not transmit data to any third party. Meta Platforms, Inc. may collect operating-system-level information about your headset and app usage as governed by its own Meta Privacy Policy. That collection is outside our control and is not done by Roachdown itself.
4. Your Rights and Data Deletion
Because we do not collect or store any personal data from you, there is no data on our side that can identify you.

5. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from any user, including children.
6. Changes to This Policy
If we ever change what data the App collects, we will update this Privacy Policy and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
