Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25-10-2026 · Drive Thru Shift VR
This Privacy Policy explains how Drive Thru Shift VR ("we", "our", "us"), developed by SerenadeVRStudios, handles your information when you play the game.
In short: Drive Thru Shift VR is a single-player, offline game. We do not collect, store or sell your personal information. Your game progress is saved only on your own headset.
1. Information We Collect
Personal information: None. The game does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts or any other personal information, and it has no account or sign-in of its own.
Game progress (stored on your device only): The game saves your progress locally on your headset so you can pick up where you left off. This includes things like your shift number, money earned, menu unlocks, supplies, tutorial progress and settings. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us or to any server we control.
VR tracking data: The game uses the standard head and hand/controller tracking provided by your headset to let you interact with the kitchen. This data is processed in real time on your device to run the game. It is not recorded, stored or transmitted by the game.
Analytics and advertising: The game does not include advertising, and it does not use analytics, tracking or crash-reporting services that send data to us or to third parties.
Microphone and camera: The game does not use your microphone or your headset's cameras.
2. How We Use Your Information
Because we do not collect personal information, we do not use it for anything. The progress saved on your device is used only by the game itself, to restore your diner, unlocks and settings the next time you play.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone, because we do not collect it.
Meta Platform: Drive Thru Shift VR is distributed through the Meta Horizon Store and runs on Meta Quest devices. Meta may collect information about your purchase, installation and use of apps on its platform, under its own terms. This is handled by Meta Platform Technologies, LLC and governed by the Meta Privacy Policy and your Meta account settings, not by us. We do not receive personal information about you from Meta.
Legal obligations: If we are ever required by law to disclose information, we will only disclose what is legally required. Since we do not hold personal information about players, in practice there is nothing for us to disclose.
4. Data Security
Your saved game progress lives in the game's private app storage on your headset, which other apps cannot read. We do not operate servers that store player data.
5. Your Rights and Data Deletion
- Delete your game data: You can delete all data saved by the game at any time by uninstalling Drive Thru Shift VR, or by clearing the app's storage in your Meta Quest settings. This permanently removes your saved progress.
- Data held by us: We do not hold any personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to delete. If you have any question about your data, contact us at Rushgear49@gmail.com with the subject line
Data Request - Drive Thru Shift VRand we will reply within 30 days. - Meta-side controls: You can review and manage the data Meta holds about your activity at any time through your Meta account settings and the privacy controls on your headset.
6. Children
Drive Thru Shift VR is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Use of Meta Quest devices is subject to Meta's minimum age requirements in your region.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new features. If a future update adds any online feature that handles personal data, we will update this policy before that feature is released. Any changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
